We are hiring seasonal Lawn Care Technicians.
Primary duties: They help conserve the greenery of a client’s yard. They handle the routine care of the yard by mowing grass, trimming, and pruning bushes and trees as required. Other roles that they perform include:
Removing weeds and disposing of them properly
Loading and unloading equipment from trucks
Operating equipment in compliance with company’s procedures

Owner Ryan Milby, started the business in 2015 mowing bank-owned properties and home preservation. Ryan spent two years growing the business and eventually purchased Bader Lawncare out of Baltimore, OH in 2017. The business now serves a variety of clients, including municipalities and commercial properties — restaurant chains, apartment complexes, condo associations, bank properties, warehouses — along with numerous residences throughout the Fairfield County area.
